Help Us To Help You
When it comes to addiction recovery, people, places, and things play a crucial role. These elements can either encourage or discourage substance use, regardless of the stage of addiction or recovery. Be mindful of the people you surround yourself with, as certain individuals may be triggers for your fellow recovery patients. Remember to actively seek out positive experiences and build new associations to replace old triggers with healthier stimuli.
